ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bhubaneswar, under the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, conducts walk-in interviews for 122 temporary/contractual faculty and medical officer positions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Professor / Associate Professor: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in relevant speciality with teaching experience as per MCI/NMC norms
  • Assistant Professor: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in relevant speciality
  • Senior Resident: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB/Diploma in relevant speciality
  • Medical Officer: MBBS from MCI-recognized medical college
• Registration: Must have valid registration with the Odisha Medical Council / NMC
• Age Limit: As per ESIC norms. Maximum 69 years for Professor (re-employment basis), others as per Contractual appointment policy.
• Experience: Teaching experience required for faculty positions (Professor: 10+ years, Associate Prof: 5+ years).

Salary / Remuneration

• Professor: As per ESIC pay scale / consolidated amount as per contract
• Associate / Assistant Professor: As per ESIC norms
• Senior Resident: As per ESIC SR pay scale
• Medical Officer: As per ESIC MO pay scale

4. Medical Examination
