National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Delhi invites applications for engagement of Junior Laboratory Technician Grade II and Field Worker on contract basis under the project 'National Polio Surveillance Project (NPSP)' (funded by WHO) at NCDC, Delhi through Walk-in Written Test mode.

Essential Qualifications

Junior Laboratory Technician Grade II

• B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a Recognized University
• Desirable: Work experience in Virology Laboratory, experience in accredited laboratory, knowledge of computer applications

Field Worker

• 12th pass

Walk-in Written Test Details

Important Notes

• Candidates reporting after 10:30 AM will not be permitted to attend the test.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Walk-in Written Test.
• The appointment is purely on contract basis up to 31.12.2026 (likely to be continued further).
• Candidates must bring all original documents with one self-attested copy (proof of age, educational qualifications/mark-sheets, degree certificates, experience letters, address proof, identity proof, photographs).
• 30 days Annual Leave and 10 days Casual/Sick Leave will be given during a year.
• Contract can be terminated by either side with one month's notice.

Application Procedure

Eligible candidates should report for Walk-in Written Test at the venue with duly filled application form in the prescribed format along with original and self-attested copies of all relevant documents. Screening of documents will be done first, followed by a written MCQ test for eligible candidates.
