Senior Consultant – NIE, BoP, MoH&FW

Role

Coordinate the National Infrastructure Enablement Index (NIE-I) assessment for the Department of Health & Family Welfare, working with Bureau of Planning (BoP) Division. NIE-I is an initiative by MoSPI to assess preparedness and institutional capacity of States/UTs for infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with programme divisions for NIE-I data collection and supporting documents
• Review, compile, and validate data before portal submission
• Maintain NIE-I dashboard/portal work including digitized upload and tracking
• Prepare notes, briefs, status reports for higher officers
• Analyse indicators and identify gaps for improving Department's performance
• Liaise with MoSPI, Department of Economic Affairs, and other stakeholders
• Support meetings, consultations, and review sessions

Essential Qualification

Master's degree in Public Health / Hospital Administration / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Demographic / Public Policy or related discipline.
