Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, has announced recruitment for Legal Domain posts under Advt No. TCIL/11/052/HRD/Rct./02/2026.

Total Positions: 2
The recruitment is through Direct Recruitment on Regular and Contract basis for the following posts:

1. Deputy Manager (E-2 Scale) - Legal - Regular - 1 Post
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) recognized by UGC/AICTE and Bar Council of India
- Pay Scale: E-2 (IDA) Rs.50,000 - Rs.1,60,000 plus allowances (HRA, Medical, LTC, Transport Allowance, PRP)
- Age: Maximum 33 years (relaxation as per Govt norms)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant field (Corporate Law, Litigation, Contract Management, Arbitration); for Govt/CPSE: 3 years in E-1 (IDA) or Level-6 (CDA)
- Probation: 2 years
- Service Bond: Rs.5 lakh (2 years minimum service)

2. Manager (E-3 Scale) - Legal - Contract - 1 Post
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) recognized by UGC/AICTE and Bar Council of India
- Contract Period: Initial 2 years, extendable up to 4 years based on performance and requirement
- Monthly CTC: Year 1 - Rs.1,22,009 / Year 2 - Rs.1,27,667 / Year 3 - Rs.1,33,671 / Year 4 - Rs.1,40,073
- Age: Maximum 56 years (private sector) / 61 years (ex-Govt/PSU officers)
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in relevant field (private); for ex-Govt/PSU: Level 8 (CDA) or Rs.60,000-1,80,000 (IDA)
- Service Bond: Rs.2 lakh (1 year minimum service)
