Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a university established by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India, or an institution incorporated by an Act of Parliament or deemed university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as on 01 January 2027. Age relaxation as per Rajasthan Government rules.

Note: Candidates appearing in the final year of their degree exam can also apply, provided they submit proof of qualification before the Main Examination.
