Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) Ltd., a Joint Venture company of Govt. of India and Govt. of Uttar Pradesh operating the Noida-Greater Noida Metro Corridor, invites fresh applications from experienced, dynamic and motivated officers of Indian Nationality having relevant work experience in legal discipline for engagement as Young Professional (Legal) on DIRECT CONTRACT BASIS.

Eligibility:
- Full time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University/Institute - 3 years regular course OR 5 years integrated regular course
- 4 years or above post-qualification work experience in handling legal cases, legal documentation, drafting of contracts, statutory compliance under various Acts, RTI, etc.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of working in Govt. Sector
- Note: In computation of 4 years of post-qualification experience, self-practice experience as an advocate will NOT be considered. Only experience with Govt., Govt. Sector Bodies, Law Firms, Professional Firms, LLPs or reputed private sector companies will be considered.

Remuneration:
- Consolidated fixed remuneration of INR 50,000/- per month (all inclusive)
- 5% annual increment on consolidated pay
- EPF and Gratuity as per respective statutes (computed on minimum threshold of INR 15,000 under EPF Act)
- TDS as per Income Tax Act

Tenure: Initially for a period of one year, extendable by one year at a time for a maximum duration of two years as per requirement. In no case the total contract tenure shall exceed three years.

Place of Posting: NMRC HQ, Noida. Corporation reserves the right to post the selected candidate at any of its offices/place of business across India.

Selection Process:

- Call letters sent to shortlisted candidates by email only
- Pre-engagement medical fitness test and police verification for selected candidates

Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 05 years, OBC (NCL): 03 years (only for posts reserved for them)
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates applying for UR posts shall be considered under general merit, no relaxation
