Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Research Assistant under an ICSSR-sponsored Minor Research Project at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Postgraduate in English / Social Science or any allied discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

Desirable Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.
• Familiarity with contemporary debates on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), academic writing, and qualitative research methods, particularly ethnography.
• Ability to read and engage with theoretical texts and assist in conceptual research involving thinkers and concepts related to creativity, originality, and interpretation.
• Experience in academic and research writing, including literature reviews, research articles, reports, and scholarly documentation.

Age Limit

As per ICSSR norms.

Job Nature

The Research Assistant will be involved in:

• Literature review
• Data collection and analysis
• Basic project-related documentation, accounts and audit

Note: The position is purely temporary and liable for termination based on performance.
