The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under Digital India Corporation, a not-for-profit company of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), invites applications for filling up of the following positions on deputation basis (FTC) from amongst officers holding regular positions at Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous organizations and Statutory bodies of Government of India, States & UT Governments. Educational Qualification & Experience
GM/Sr.GM (Finance)
- Essential: Bachelors degree of a recognised University/Institute in a suitable discipline.
- Desirable: Post-graduation in a suitable discipline; experience in handling issues in IT projects; ICWA/CA (Inter/Final)/CS/CFA/MBA (Finance).
- Experience: Tax accounting (preparation of corporate and personal income tax statements, tax plans), auditing (review of accounting ledgers and corporate financial statements), financial accounting (review and release of online banking payments), cost management, budget analysis, reconciliation of income statements, and management of the full financial process.
GM/Sr.GM (Admin)
- Essential: Bachelor degree of a recognised University/Institute in a suitable discipline.
- Experience: Experience in administrative functions within a government department, PSU, or government-affiliated organisation; working knowledge of Govt. of India rules, CCS (Conduct) Rules, GFR, Delegation of Financial Powers Rules; preparation/processing of official correspondences, office orders and circulars; budget estimates and expenditure monitoring; contract management, vendor empanelment and procurement in compliance with GFR and GeM guidelines.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit shall not exceed 56 years on the closing date of receipt of application.
Deputation Terms
- Initial period of deputation shall be for three years, extendable as per Government instructions subject to requirements of NeGD.
- Pay of selected candidates shall be regulated as per DoP&T O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and O.M. No. 2/11/2017-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 24.11.2017. Allowances and perquisites as per applicable Government instructions and NeGD rules.
- Medical facilities under CGHS or NeGD-DIC Medical Reimbursement Scheme; eligibility for GPRA retention/allotment; leased accommodation option; LTA on annual basis if opted in lieu of LTC.

- Proforma, eligibility conditions, job description and other details available at meity.gov.in, dic.gov.in and negd.gov.in.
- Advance applications may be submitted directly, but proper channel clearance, vigilance clearance/integrity certificate and attested APARs for the last five years must be submitted through proper channel at the time of interview.
- NOC in prescribed format must be produced at the time of interview.
- Those who applied earlier in response to earlier circulars need to apply afresh.
