CGSSB Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2026 – 2292 Posts (LSAT-26)

Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board (CGSSB) invites online applications from eligible candidates for 2292 Assistant Teacher posts in various subjects for government schools across Chhattisgarh state. The recruitment will be conducted through the LSAT-26 examination.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant subject from a recognized university
  • B.Ed / D.Ed / Diploma in Elementary Education from an NCTE-recognized institution
  • CTET / CGTET qualified candidates given preference as per CG Govt policy
• Age Limit: 18–40 years as on the last date. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Chhattisgarh Government rules: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.
• Domicile: Chhattisgarh state domicile required.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi and/or Chhattisgarhi preferred.
