Educational Qualification:
- Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist / Stenographer Gr-III / Jr. Typist: +3 (Graduation) from recognized university + Diploma in Computer Application
- Jr. Typist additionally: Minimum 40 WPM typing speed in English
- Stenographer additionally: 80 WPM shorthand + 40 WPM typing in English
- Salaried Amin: Matriculation + Revenue Inspector Training
- All: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia (M.E. standard)
