Department: Engineering and Maintenance (Project), Domain: Projects
1. Chief Engineer (Post Code E7) - Min CTI Rs. 1,50,000/- p.m.
Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualification: M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Eng.) in Civil Engineering.
Essential Work Experience:
- At least 22 years of experience in planning, designing, organizing, controlling Civil infrastructures in handling at least 5 Civil construction projects
- Knowledge and experience in managing the Tendering process
- Experience in preparation of work estimates and in-depth knowledge of CPWD Manuals
- Experience in Civil maintenance works
Desirable Work Experience:
- Experience in handling modification works in old Civil projects
- Experience in coordination and monitoring of projects centrally for multi locations
- Experience in supervising the Civil/Electrical/Mechanical maintenance works at multi-locations
- Proven leadership quality
2. Superintending Engineer (Post Code E6) - Min CTI Rs. 1,20,000/- p.m.
Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualification: M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Eng.) in Civil Engineering.
Essential Work Experience:
- At least 20 years of experience in planning, designing, organizing, controlling Civil infrastructures in handling at least 5 Civil construction projects
- Knowledge and experience in managing the Tendering process
- Experience in preparation of work estimates and in-depth knowledge of CPWD Manuals
- Experience in Civil maintenance works
Desirable Work Experience: Same as Chief Engineer (modification works, central coordination, multi-location supervision, leadership)
Terms & Conditions:
- Only Indian Nationals need apply
- All posts are on
long term contract basis (03-05 years), extendable based on requirement of FDDI and performance of the individual at the discretion of Management
- Salary shown is monthly
Cost-to-Institute (CTI) which includes Basic pay, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance, Provident Fund, Leave Encashment benefit, Leave Travel Concession, reimbursement of mobile phone expenses, medical expenditure and Gratuity
- Upper age limit is as on release date of the advertisement notification
- Reservation Policy including age relaxation as per Government of India Rules; SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen must enclose valid certificate
- Recruitment through written test/interview; only shortlisted candidates intimated via email/post
- No Transport Allowance / Daily Allowance paid for attending interview
- Applicants working in Government Organisations/PSU must submit NOC from current employer
- Selected candidates required to serve at respective campus for minimum 3 years continuous service
