Educational Qualification:
Accountant: M.Com with 1st Division from a recognized University with at least 5 years experience in PSU/Limited Company. Preference for candidates with computer operations knowledge.

Cashier: Bachelor's degree from a recognized University. Must possess 120 hours computer course or O level certificate. Must qualify typing test in Punjabi and English at 30 wpm. Should pass Punjabi up to Matric standard.

Accounts Clerk: B.Com from a UGC recognized University with working knowledge of Computers. Must have Tally Accounting Software knowledge with more than 2 years practical experience in Accounting and Auditing in State run University/Government Educational Institution.

Age Limit: 18 to 37 years as on 01 January 2026
- SC candidates: 5 years relaxation
- Punjab Govt employees: Up to 45 years
- Widows/divorcees: Up to 40 years
