Mandatory: Qualified and Practicing Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Experience: 16 years post-qualification experience, preferably from large listed corporates with expertise in compliance areas and dealing with Stock Exchanges for filing returns.
Desirable: Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will have added advantage.

Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance under Companies Act 2013, SEBI Regulations, DPE guidelines on Corporate Governance for CPSEs. Preparation of Agenda and minutes for Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings. Maintenance of statutory records. Dealing with Stock Exchanges. E-filing with MCA. Coordination with RTA and investor grievance redressal. Preparation of Annual Report and convening AGM.
