Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Must have passed at least a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.

- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 42 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government directives for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen.
Pay Scale:
- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist & Junior Typist: Pay Level-04 (Rs.19,900-63,200)
- Stenographer Grade-III: Pay Level-07 (Rs.25,500-81,100)
Selection Process:
- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: Written Test, Computer Science Test, followed by Viva Voce Test.
- Stenographer Grade-III & Junior Typist: Written Test in English, Shorthand and Typewriting Test, followed by Viva Voce Test.
