AIIMS NORCET 11 Recruitment 2026

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released the official notification for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-11 under Notice No. 103/2026. Online applications are invited for recruitment of Nursing Officer (Group B) posts at AIIMS New Delhi and other participating AIIMS institutions.

Application fees of SC/ST candidates who appear in the examination will be refunded after declaration of results, subject to verification of their category certificates.

Age Limit (as on 13 August 2026)

Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms.

Pay Scale

Level 07 in Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600). Approximate monthly salary: Rs. 44,900 - Rs. 70,000.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification (any one):

• B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council recognized Institute/University
• B.Sc. (Post Certificate)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
• Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution with registration as Nurse & Midwife AND minimum 2 years experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital

Registration: Must be registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.

Selection Process

1. Stage I - NORCET Preliminary: Qualifying CBT (100 MCQs, 90 minutes, negative marking 1/3rd)
2. Stage II - NORCET Mains: Final merit CBT (100 MCQs, 90 minutes, negative marking 1/3rd)
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination
