National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) invites applications for engagement of Associates under the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS) — Hiring Notice No. 07/2026.

Additionally, NHIDCL may engage suitable candidates from the Eligible Pool for project-specific requirements in remote/border/strategic/hilly areas.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering or equivalent from IITs, NITs, or institutions within top 100 in Engineering category of NIRF Rankings (year of graduation or preceding year). Final-year students may apply if likely to complete before joining.
• Experience: 0–2 years after essential educational qualification.
• Age: Upper age limit 30 years as on date of advertisement (06.07.2026).
• Domicile: Must be a domicile holder of the State/UT applied for. For Andaman & Nicobar Islands, candidates from other states may also apply if sufficient domicile candidates are unavailable.

Tenure & Remuneration

• Contract Period: Fixed 2 years, extendable by 1 year (max 3 years).
• Remuneration: Consultancy fee as approved by Competent Authority (inclusive of all taxes). Annual enhancement of 5%.
• Location Allowance: 20% of prescribed consultancy fee for Associates deployed in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
• Associates are NOT employees of NHIDCL — they are independent consultants.
