Roles & Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting (Solo and Group): Overseeing Statutory Auditing, SEBI/RBI compliance, monitoring Non-Interest Income, ROA, ROE, coordinating with NFRA, finalization of provisions, reserves and dividend, WBLFAR
- Tax Compliance: Optimization of Tax Liability, GST and TDS Compliance
- Accounting Systems: Developing/maintaining accounting systems as per Accounting Standards & RBI Guidelines, IFCOFR, IFRS/IND AS implementation
- Management Reporting: Close coordination with Financial Control Department for performance review
- International Banking: Support International Banking Group in compliance with accounting & tax requirements
- Other: Capital planning, balance sheet optimization, capital management, stakeholder relationships (Regulators, Government, Rating Agencies, Investors)
Selection Process
- Selection through Personal Interview / Discussion
- Preliminary screening of applications by the Bank
- Personal Interview: 100 marks
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50 marks (General) / 45 marks (OBC/SC/ST/PwBD)
- In case of tie at cut-off, candidates ranked by age in descending order
