Position Levels & Experience

Note: Experience relaxation of up to 2 years for candidates with relevant Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma (min 2-year duration) for Levels 4-7.

Educational Qualification

Essential: Graduation from a recognized University for Levels 4-7. Post-Graduation for Level 8.

Desirable: MBA or equivalent from an Institution of high repute. Experience in a management education institution / business school of high repute.

Age Limit

30 years as on closing date of application (relaxable for candidates with relevant experience and as per Government of India rules).

Pay & Benefits

7th CPC Pay Scales at appropriate level or consolidated pay. Allowances include DA, Medical Insurance, NPS (Employer), Medical Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Internet Broadband Allowance, Annual Increment, and Incentives. Performance-based incentives for EEP and CDS departments.

Tenure

Initial contract of 2 years, extendable based on performance and institutional requirements.
